報名費
REGISTRATION FEE

參賽隊伍之報名費為團體與個人之總和
Registration fee is the gross amount of Group and Individual Fee.

團體：新台幣 12,000元/ 組，參賽隊伍最多可報名三個組別
Group: TWD 12,000 per category. Each choir is allowed to register in maximum three categories.

個人：新台幣 1,200元/ 人，無論報名幾組，每位參賽者僅需繳交一次個人費
(唯參賽人員跨團參賽需繳交兩報名步驟

STEPS OF REGISTRATION

STEP 1
線上填寫報名表，報名成功會寄發報名確認信、報名費付款連結及邀請函。
Please fill in Online Registration Form. You will receive the confirmation email and credit card payment link after we confirm the information you gave is all correct.**
 

STEP 2
2020/4/30前繳交參賽曲目表，符合報名組別要求後，主辦單位將寄發曲目確認信，並請團隊指揮簽名後回傳，同時郵寄七份原版樂譜。
Please send the repertoire list before Apr 30, 2020.TICC committee will confirm the repertoire and send a confirmation letter. Please email back the confirmation letter with the conductor’s signature. Submit 7 copies of original music scores by express mail service.
 

STEP 3
主辦單位寄發調查信，填寫完成需於2020/5/31前請團隊指揮簽名後回傳給主辦方。
TICC committee will send a survey letter. Please email back the survey letter with conductor’s signature before May 31, 2020.
 

STEP 4
2020/5/31前繳交參賽人員清冊，需確實填寫參賽人員資料，資料繳交不齊全將取消報名資格。
Please send the Participant name list before May 31, 2020. Please fill in the detail information of the list of each participants' names.
 

STEP 5
2020/6月底，主辦單位寄發最後確認函，確認所有賽事報到、彩排和比賽時間。
TICC committee will send final confirmation including the competition schedule at the end of June 2020.

1.首隊報名優惠
Special offer for the first registrated choir from your country/region

該國家/地區(依電話國碼認定)，第一名報名成功團隊，將獲得團體費一組優惠，價值新台幣8,000元。主辦單位將於比賽結束後退還8,000元。

On the basis of the country/region (identified by telephone country code), the group which first successfully complete the registration procedure will receive a group fee discount of TWD 8,000. The organizer will refund the TWD 8,000 after the competition.

2.國際大賽獲獎團隊特別優惠
Special offer for international award winning choirs

於2018-2020年間參加國際比賽，獲得Grand Prix者，將享有團體費全免、個人費半價之優惠；得到分組冠軍者，將享有團體費半價之優惠。

A choir who has won Grand Prix in an International Competition during 2018-2020, will be waived the Group Fee and receive 50% discount on Individual Fee at the registration.
A choir who has won Category Champion in an International Competition during 2018-2020, will receive 50% discount on Group Fee at the registration.

退費辦法
REFUND POLICY

◎ 2020.3.20 以前取消報名：扣除報名費 20%
◎ 2020.5.31 以前取消報名：扣除報名費 50%
◎ 2020.6.01 起恕不退費

◎ If cancellation is made before 20th March 2020, 20% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made before 31st May 2020, 50% of the total cost will apply.
◎ If cancellation is made after 1st June 2020, there will be no refund.

RULES OF COMPETITION

一般規則
IN GENERAL

1. 2020 台北國際合唱大賽歡迎世界各地合唱團報名。
   2020 TICC is open to choirs from all over the world.
2. 請仔細閱讀各組別規則：人數、年齡限制、演唱時間、聲部類別、曲目數量及類別。
   Please read carefully the conditions related to each category: the number of singers, age limit, performance time, the number of songs, voice type and song type, etc.
3. 參賽隊伍最多可報名三個組別，每組別演唱曲目不能重複。
   Each choir is allowed to register in maximum three categories. The repertoire for each category must be different.
4. 報名有年齡限制之組別的合唱團，若上台人員和報名表提交名單資料不同，將被視為資格不符並取消參賽資格，且不退費。
   A choir participating in a category with an age limit is liable to be disqualified without any refund if there is a difference between the official letter and the appearance on stage or any other factual aspects.
5. 上台人數不得超過已報名繳費人數。如違反規定，主辦單位有權取消該隊參賽資格，且不得退費。
   The number of participants on stage should not exceed the amount paid in the participation package. The committee reserves the right to disqualify without any refund if there is a difference in the number of participants.

曲目及樂譜
REPERTOIRE & MUSIC SCORES

1. 參賽曲目若不符合該組規定，主辦單位有權更改參賽隊伍組別。
   The committee reserves the right to change the participation category if the repertoire that is presented does not meet the requirements of the selected category.
2. 參賽隊伍務必以郵寄方式繳交七份原版譜；其中六份於比賽後歸還該隊伍，一份為主辦單位保留。樂譜未取回之隊伍，將不會歸還。如為電子授權樂譜，需提供購買證明或作曲家同意授權文件。
   Participants must submit 7 copies of original music score by express mail service. 6 copies of the song will be given back after the competition, and one copy will be kept in TICC committee. Scores not taken back by the choir will not be returned. Please provide the composer score authorization or receipt.
3. 參賽隊伍務必使用正版或經授權之樂譜。主辦單位不負責處理樂曲版權問題。
   Each choir is responsible for the COPYRIGHT of the songs sung in this competition. The committee is not responsible for the copyright of the songs performed to the respective composer/arranger.
4. 樂譜務必使用五線譜。
   The scores must conform to internationally recognized sheet music standards (five lines staff).
    
5. 比賽曲目庫為大會指定曲，所有隊伍須由曲目庫中選擇一首參賽。
   CW LIST means Compulsory Works List. Each choir needs to choose one piece from CW LIST.

伴奏樂器
INSTRUMENT & ACCOMPANIMENT

1. 比賽僅提供譜架(4支)、鋼琴(1臺)、合唱臺，其他所需之樂器及演奏用具請參賽團隊自備。
   Choir platforms, a piano, maximum 4 music stands are available in each of the competition venues. The choir is responsible for any other musical instrument or equipment.
2. 除鋼琴之外最多可使用三項樂器。不得使用伴唱帶、麥克風和任何電子擴音及音響系統。
   In addition to the piano, a maximum of three instruments can be used. Pre-recorded accompaniment tracks, microphones, and electronic amplifying devices are not allowed.

彩排
SOUND CHECK

1. 參賽隊伍於比賽場地，每組有六分鐘彩排時間。
   Sound check will be scheduled for 6 minutes for each group/category.

檢錄
INSPECTION

1. 請繳交附出生年月日及照片之證件(身分證、護照、駕照、健保卡)，以供查驗，若出賽之人員不符合報名規定，經判定屬實，將被視為資格不符並取消參賽資格，且不退費。
   Every participant has to present his/her Personal ID or Passport while check-in for each category of the competition. Participant not in a category age limit is liable to be disqualified without any refund if there is a difference between the official letter and the appearance on stage or any other factual aspects.

演出
SCHEDULE PERFORMANCE

1. 比賽時間為15分鐘，比賽時間計算為第一個聲響開始，直到最後的聲響結束，包括樂曲與樂曲間的換場、停止時間。如參賽隊伍超過演出時間，總分將會依據超出時間扣分。
   The PERFORMANCE TIME is the duration from the sounding of the first tone until the last note is sounded, including the pauses between songs. If a choir exceeds the time specified, the total score will be reduced.

獎勵和獎項
PRIZES & AWARDS

1. 根據分數，頒發金獎、銀獎、銅獎。若參賽隊伍分數未達標準，仍頒發參賽證書乙張。
   According to the score, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Diplomas will be awarded. The choir who does not achieve a diploma will receive a Certificate of Participation.
2. 評審團將額外評選出「最佳台灣作品詮釋獎」、「最佳無伴奏作品演出獎」...等特別獎項。
   Additional special prizes, such as “Best Performance of a Taiwanese Composition”, “Best Performance of an a cappella work”, will be awarded upon juries’ nomination.

分組冠軍
CATEGORY WINNER

1. 合唱團獲得金獎並為該組別最高分，將成為分組冠軍；頒發證書乙張、金牌乙只與獎金台幣一萬五千元整。
   Choirs who achieve a Gold Diploma with the highest score in each category will be named “Category Winner”, and will be awarded a Certificate, a Gold Medal, and a Cash Award of TWD $15,000*.

大獎賽資格
GRAND PRIX COMPETITION NOMINATION

1. 評審團提名決定大獎賽參賽團隊。
   The jury will nominate the choirs for Grand Prix Competition.
2. 入圍大獎賽之參賽隊伍，需於組別賽頒獎典禮結束後，立即繳交大獎賽曲目及7份原版樂譜。
   The choirs nominated to participate in the Grand Prix have to submit the repertoire and 7 copies of each piece right after the category awards ceremony.

大獎賽總冠軍
GRAND PRIX CHAMPION

1. 獲得最多票數之參賽隊伍，將成為大獎賽總冠軍，並頒發證書乙張、獎盃乙只與獎金台幣十萬元整。
   The choir with the most votes in the Grand Prix Competition will be named “Grand Prix Champion”, and will be awarded a Certificate, a Trophy, and a Cash Award of TWD $100,000*.

* 獎金依據中華民國法律規定扣稅後發放。中華民國居住之個人，按給付金額扣除10%；非居住中華民國之個人，按給付金額扣除20%。
* The Cash Award will be given after taxes are paid in accordance with the law. The tax rate is 10% for Taiwan residents and 20% for foreigners.

   參賽團隊可額外繳費報名參與一場正式音樂會，每團演出15分鐘，預計於8/1下午時段舉行。

   原價TWD 60,000，參賽團隊優惠價TWD 30,000，台灣參賽團隊特惠價TWD 10,000。

   Each group can request for one 15-minute performance in the formal FRIENDSHIP CONCERT. The concert will be held in the afternoon of Aug. 1.

   Fee: TWD 60,000. SPECIAL DISCOUNT for competing group: TWD 30,000

2. 合唱診療所(需額外支付費用)

   CHOIR CLINIC SESSION (Optional, with extra charge.)

   參賽團隊可額外繳費報名國際名師之單獨指導課程。課程時間50分鐘，地點將於賽程規劃完成後公布。

   原價TWD 15,000，參賽團隊優惠價TWD 7,000，台灣參賽團隊特惠價TWD 5,000

   Each group can request for one 50-minute clinic session with an international choral expert. The venue will be announced after the competition schedule is completed.
